Rates
$180 per 50-minute session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Currently, I am not “in network” with any insurance plans. I provide statements that can be submitted to insurance companies for anyone who would like to use their out-of-network benefits.
Any client who wants to utilize insurance benefits should clarify their coverage before initiating treatment.
Payment
I accept cash, check, and major credit cards for payment.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cancellation Policy
Any same day cancellations, or appointments cancelled after 7pm the day before the appointment, will require full payment for the session regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
