Meet Kathryn Zentner, LCSW
Raised in a military family, Kathryn lived in several states and two foreign countries as a child. This diverse upbringing led her to honor the many ways of being human in our complex world and approach each person with dignity and respect. She earned her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas in 1993 and has been passionate about helping children and families navigate emotional and behavioral challenges ever since. She specializes in attachment, anxiety, and emotional regulation, using evidence-based approaches rooted in connection and trust. In addition to working with children, Kathryn provides individual therapy for parents, offering practical, compassionate support through the ups and downs of parenting.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys hiking, outdoor photography, singing, and exploring scenic destinations—especially national parks. She’s a wife and mom to two adult sons, who continually challenged her to grow, both as a person and parent.
Kathryn is honored to support families in Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Castle Pines, and surrounding areas.
